The first option enables registration directly from the hospital after childbirth. Medical staff record the newborn\u2019s name and photo, and the remaining steps are handled through the \u201cMabrouk Ma Yaqak\u201d package in coordination with ICP\u2019s smart system. Parents receive a complete package containing the baby\u2019s passport, birth certificate, and Emirates ID without needing to visit any government offices.<\/p>
Alternatively, parents can register their newborn through the UAEICP smart app or official website. By logging into their family profile, selecting \u201cAdd Newborn,\u201d and uploading the birth certificate, they can submit the application free of charge. Through the same platform, they can also request the newborn\u2019s first passport and Emirates ID, finalizing all documentation digitally from home.<\/p>
