A total of 253 participants came together for a high-energy workout session at the iconic DIFC Gate, officially earning a place in Guinness World Records.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The landmark event was made possible through a collaboration between Longevity Wellness Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Lagree Fitness. Participants trained simultaneously on Microformers, creating a striking visual against Dubai\u2019s skyline, with the Museum of the Future visible in the background.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sessions were personally led by Sebastien Lagree, the creator of the Lagree Method, who conducted two consecutive 45-minute classes. Adding to the electric atmosphere, live music played throughout the workout, with Lagree\u2019s son serving as the DJ, keeping energy levels high as attendees moved in perfect sync.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Known for blending Pilates-style precision with strength and endurance training, the Lagree Method delivers intense, low-impact workouts that are easy on the joints while building full-body strength.
