The United Arab Emirates has secured first place globally in 10 healthcare indicators for 2025, according to findings from major international reports. The achievement was announced by the Ministry of Health and Prevention in collaboration with the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre.<\/p>
The rankings are based on key global assessments including the Sustainable Development Goals Report, the Prosperity Index Report, and the Global Gender Gap Report. Officials highlighted that the recognition reflects the country\u2019s advanced healthcare system, strong preventive care measures, and use of modern medical technologies.<\/p>
Among the areas where the UAE ranked first are birth registration for children under five, reduction in tuberculosis and maternal mortality rates, improved prenatal care, and balanced sex ratio at birth. The country also performed exceptionally in indicators such as antenatal care coverage, national early detection programmes, measles vaccination, reduction in household air pollution, and strong healthcare coverage.<\/p>
Additionally, the UAE placed among the top 10 globally in seven other healthcare indicators, including healthcare infrastructure, healthy life expectancy, tuberculosis treatment coverage, and overall public satisfaction with health services.<\/p>
