The exercise was coordinated by the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites through its General Transport Center, in collaboration with more than 24 government and private entities.<\/p><p>The large-scale drill involved over 20,500 personnel from 74 transport companies. Around 75,000 simulated trips were conducted using 3,000 buses across 15 key routes to replicate the movement of nearly 1.2 million pilgrims.<\/p><p>The simulation covered all major stages of the pilgrimage journey, including travel between Makkah, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina.
