The rule, announced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, came into effect on April 19.<\/p><p>The policy applies to private companies with three or more employees and covers around 20 job roles in marketing and sales departments. These include positions such as marketing managers, advertising specialists, graphic designers, public relations officers, photographers, sales managers, and retail and IT sales representatives.<\/p><p>To be counted under the nationalisation quota, Saudi employees in marketing roles must receive a minimum monthly salary of 5,500 riyals.
