It expressed concern that such advertisements could mislead consumers about the products&#8217; benefits.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notices also raise questions about whether the beverages meet the regulatory definition of an energy drink and highlight concerns over potential side effects associated with their consumption.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The companies are expected to respond to the notices as part of the regulatory process.
