The Ministry of Emergency Management activated a Level-IV emergency response for geological disasters in the province.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parts of Anhui are expected to experience heavy rainfall over the next three days, with western areas facing a particularly high risk of landslides and other geological disasters. Authorities have urged local officials to strengthen monitoring and take preventive measures in vulnerable areas.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China\u2019s meteorological authority also upgraded its emergency response for Typhoon Dolphin to Level III and raised the typhoon warning from yellow to orange.
