The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) said the holiday will apply to government authorities, departments and institutions across the emirate.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible government employees will receive a three-day break, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday off before official working hours resume on Monday, August 31. The occasion is among the religious holidays officially recognised in the UAE and is observed annually by Muslims.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The holiday arrangements will not apply in the same way to employees working in shifts or those responsible for essential public services.
