The arrangement was introduced under Civil Service Commission Circular No. 11 of 2026, which reduced daily working hours during the summer months.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the summer schedule, government employees worked six hours a day, one hour less than the standard working period. From September 1, the usual morning and evening shift system will resume, with morning working hours returning to seven hours per day in accordance with established regulations.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The return to regular hours will take effect automatically once the summer schedule ends, unless the Civil Service Commission issues a new decision or circular.
