Employees may adjust their reporting and departure times by up to\u00a0three hours, allowing parents to accompany their children during the transition back to school.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The flexibility will also take into account differences in school reopening dates across various curricula.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employees with children in\u00a0nursery or kindergarten\u00a0will be permitted to request flexible working arrangements during their child\u2019s\u00a0first week of school.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibility for Other School Events<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The policy also allows government employees to request flexible working hours when attending certain important school-related occasions.
