The second package, valued at KD 10.175 million, went to the fourth-lowest bidder, while the third package, worth KD 7.575 million, was awarded to the fifth-lowest bidder. Lower bids were excluded after failing to meet the required technical conditions and specifications.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CAPT also approved a second tender worth KD 10.619 million for road maintenance in KOC\u2019s northern and western operational fields. The contract was awarded to the fifth-lowest bidder that met the tender\u2019s terms, technical requirements and specifications. Lower bids were excluded for failing to satisfy the required criteria.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two awards cover maintenance work across KOC\u2019s operational road network in different parts of Kuwait.
