The revised legislation aims to reduce administrative delays, improve government spending efficiency and strengthen transparency and oversight.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amendments also introduce measures to support local industries and provide greater opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate in government tenders.
