Brigadier Mohammed Dahy Al-Hamiri, head of the Central Operations Sector, stated that the comprehensive strategy is designed to maintain order while protecting residents and visitors.
Traffic safety is a central focus of the plan, with the Traffic Directorate and Security Patrols implementing heightened monitoring and control measures. Motorists are urged to adhere to speed limits, avoid using mobile phones while driving, maintain safe following distances, and follow police directives. Authorities have also issued clear warnings against disruptive behaviors such as using party sprays, reckless driving, and excessive noise, which can endanger public safety and disrupt celebrations.
