The Public Authority for Manpower conducted a large-scale inspection campaign in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, deploying 37 inspectors to assess compliance with labor and occupational safety regulations. The campaign resulted in 123 visits to industrial facilities, with 44 violations recorded and 79 sites found to be in compliance.
Director General Engineer Rabab Al-Osaimi stated that the campaign utilized an electronic inspection system for real-time violation tracking. She emphasized that such efforts are part of a broader oversight plan aimed at ensuring fair labor practices, protecting worker rights, and supporting economic stability. The authority plans to continue intensive field inspections across various regions.
