Kuwait’s Ministry of Health has issued a new administrative circular setting official working hours for its departments during the upcoming Ramadan period. Non-clinical offices and general administrative departments will operate from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Hospitals, specialised centres and primary healthcare clinics that provide direct patient services will function from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm to ensure uninterrupted medical care for the public.
Technical departments and facilities that require round-the-clock operations will be exempt from the general schedule, with working hours adjusted according to operational needs through the fingerprint system. Emergency and critical services will continue without disruption throughout Ramadan.
