DANGEROUS VARIANT OF GENETICALLY MODIFIED CORONAVIRUS IN SOUTH AFRICA, KUWAITI MOH CALLED AN EMERGENCY MEETING

Kuwait City: A dangerous new genus of coronavirus that has been mutated more than once in South Africa; Kuwaiti Health Minister Dr. Sheikh Basil al-Sabah called an emergency meeting. The Minister of Health will meet with representatives of the Ministry of Health this weekend to discuss the new mutagen B11529 covid virus. The procedures to be adopted by Kuwait and security precautions will be discussed. 


It has been reported that 22 cases of coronary variant B1.1.529 have been reported in Africa through genomic sequencing. Officials say this variant is responsible for the increase in corona cases in South Africa. The presence of this variant is currently found in very few people. 

Although limited information is available about the new variant, experts are working day and night to understand this variant and its possible consequences.
