Ajman Crown Prince launches digital rental regulation services

Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, has launched a package of digital services developed by the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department to enhance rental regulation services.

The launch took place during the department’s participation in the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, organized by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department from September 14 to 16.

Sheikh Ammar praised the department’s efforts to use modern technologies and artificial intelligence to develop government services, simplify procedures and improve the customer experience. He said such initiatives support the competitiveness of Ajman’s real estate sector.

During the launch, Sheikh Ammar received a detailed presentation from Yousuf Mohammed Al Shaiba, Executive Director of the Rental Regulation Sector at the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department. The presentation highlighted the new digital services and their features, as well as their role in improving the efficiency of rental regulation and real estate-related services.

The digital services are designed to speed up access to information and services while responding to the needs of customers and investors.

A key component of the package is Tibyan, the Smart Legal Assistant, which is available in two versions. The external version is designed for members of the public, while the internal version is intended for employees of the Rental Regulation Sector.

Tibyan provides information and answers to enquiries related to rental disputes, procedures and services, helping users access relevant information more quickly while supporting operational efficiency.

Al Shaiba said Tibyan represents a significant addition to the Rental Regulation Sector’s digital services ecosystem. The platform provides approved information quickly and reliably and is designed to improve the customer experience and enhance the quality and efficiency of services available to the public, property owners, tenants, companies and sector employees.
