The Central Agency for Public Tenders has approved a KD 97.188 million tender for the construction, maintenance, and development of the Doha Water Distribution Complex and a related pipeline. The project aims to modernize the water network and significantly boost storage and pumping capacity.
Once cleared by the State Audit Bureau, the contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder. The upgrade is expected to increase water storage by 130 million imperial gallons and raise daily pumping capacity to 220 million gallons, ensuring a reliable supply to residential areas, especially during high-demand summer months.
