Kuwait Red Crescent Holds Mock Evacuation Drill to Boost Emergency Preparedness

The Kuwait Red Crescent Society conducted a coordinated mock evacuation drill at its headquarters, simulating a fire emergency to enhance staff safety awareness and response procedures. The exercise was carried out in partnership with the Ministry of Interior’s Civil Defense and Traffic departments, as well as Ministry of Health emergency teams.

Director General Fawaz Al-Mazroui stated the drill involved alarm activation, staff evacuation, and simulated casualty management, reflecting the Society’s commitment to regular safety training. He emphasized that such exercises improve coordination, readiness, and foster a culture of occupational safety across the organization.
