The Kuwaiti Ministry of Education has released attendance figures for the twelfth-grade English language exams. A total of 1,270 students were absent for the first-semester tests for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Additionally, 49 students were barred from taking the exam. The ministry did not specify the reasons for the absences or disqualifications.
