Ingredients 1 lemon
Small piece of ginger
A handful of mint leaves
2–3 tablespoons yogurt (curd)
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Cold water as required
Ice cubes
Method Add ginger and mint leaves to a blender.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the blender.
Add yogurt, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Pour in cold water and add ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Strain into a serving glass.
