PACI launches ‘Building Cancellation’ service through Sahel

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has launched a new electronic Building Cancellation service through Kuwait’s unified government application, Sahel.

The new service allows building owners to cancel the registered data of an existing building and its associated units electronically, without having to visit PACI offices.

Under the service, eligible building owners can submit a request through Sahel to cancel the data of a building currently registered with PACI.

The process also covers the cancellation of all residential and other units recorded under the building, allowing related records to be updated through a single electronic request.

PACI said the new service forms part of its efforts to expand digital government services, simplify administrative procedures and make transactions more accessible to beneficiaries.

The launch adds another electronic option for property owners and reduces the need for in-person visits to complete building-related transactions with the authority.

PACI continues to expand its digital services through Sahel as part of efforts to streamline government procedures and provide users with faster and more convenient access to official services.
