Kuwait City: Deaths due to Covid are on the rise in the country. In the last ten days, 111 people have died due to Covid. It is reassuring that the death rate in Kuwait is lower than in other countries. But with the spread of the disease, deaths are on the rise. The majority of the dead were not vaccinated. Of these, three received a single dose of the vaccine and three received the complete vaccine. Among those who died after receiving the vaccine were those with chronic diseases and the elderly, health officials said.

Hospitals across the country are still overcrowded with Covid sufferers. Covid Ward's clinical occupancy rate is still close to 100 percent. The number of Covid patients in the hospital has increased from 941 to 1056 in the last ten days. About 2,000 people have died in the country so far in a year and two months due to the Covid. The highest number of deaths reported since Covid was reported was in June. The increase in corona deaths despite the implementation of restrictions has created great pressure among health officials. Meanwhile, as the number of patients increases day by day, it is a matter of great concern to the Indian community and the large number of Malayalees. The number of intensive care cases has risen from 267 to 299 in the last one week.
