CALL CENTER OF MINISTRY OF HEALTH RECEIVED 1,48,243 CALLS IN JUNE ALONE

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health's call center service was used by 148,243 people in June alone. The Ministry of Health commended the efforts of the call center operating in the Citizen Service Division. So many calls came to the center, including inquiries and consultations. People also called the center for information about covid 19 and covid vaccine.


73,468 calls were for inquiries on various matters. 11,665 calls were for health advice and 8,648 calls were for questions about covid. 54,461 people called to inquire about the vaccine. Ministry of Health spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad visited the call center. He also appreciated the work of the center.
