WORKINH HOURS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WILL RETURN TO NORMAL FROM AUGUST 15

Kuwait City: The Cabinet decided to bring the working hours of government agencies back to normal. From August 15, the schedule of government agencies will return to normal. The decision was taken at an extraordinary meeting chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah on Wednesday.


The cabinet also decided to waive the requirement to be vaccinated if traveling. The exemption is available only to those in the age group who cannot be vaccinated and who have a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health stating that they cannot be vaccinated due to health reasons.

Health Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohd. Basel Hammoud al-Sabah gave an explanation at the cabinet meeting. He said the number of daily covid cases, hospitals and intensive care units continues to decline. The meeting also discussed the ongoing vaccination campaign in the country.
