COVID WAVE UNDER CONTROL, MINISTRY OF HEALTH

Kuwait City: The spokesman for the Ministry of Health Abdullah Al Sanad said the assessment of the covid situation in the country showed that the current wave was under control. Indications are that the Ministry of Health is moving in the right direction.


The number of people receiving the vaccine is increasing and the number of people getting infected is declining. The cure rate in the country has risen to 97.22 per cent. In the last 24 hours, 840 people have recovered from the disease.

501 cases and five deaths were newly reported. The number of people admitted to the intensive care unit dropped to 244 cases. And 699 people were hospitalized. There are currently 8,829 people being treated for covid.
