30 DAYS IN ICU, 14 YEAR OLD DEFEATED COVID

Kuwait City: Fourteen-year-old Ayah Yusuf al-Matouq defeated covid in the intensive care unit for 30 days. Ayah was one of the youngest patients to suffer from covid in the country. Ayah was admitted to the hospital at the end of June due to the covid Delta variant.


She was shifted to the intensive care unit after her condition deteriorated. Then the days were full of artificial respirators and tubes. The verse finally got rid of the verse covid after a month of relentless struggle.

She said that when Covid came, all the sights were dim with fear. She could not separate her father and mother. She said that she should not want to died and that no one wanted to cry for her.
