Kuwait City: Officials said domestic workers returning to the country do not need an institution quarantine. With this, domestic workers from the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be able to go directly to the sponsors' homes without registering the Institution Quarantine. Domestic workers traveling to Kuwait must have received the Pfizer, Modena, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson vaccines approved by the Ministry of Health. In addition, a PCR check of 72 hours prior to departure and a one-week quarantine must be performed. Officials had earlier said they would enter the country and take the PCR test on the third day at their own risk and terminate the home quarantine if the result is negative.
