NEW FARWANIYA PROJECT WILL PROVIDE INTEGRATED MEDICAL SERVICES, HEALTH MINISTER

Kuwait City: The new Farwaniya Hospital building project will provide integrated medical services, said Health Minister Sheikh Dr. Basel al-Sabah. The Health Minister accompanied by Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah visited the hospital. 


The minister said the hospital would have all the state-of-the-art medical equipment and the project would strengthen the country's healthcare system. The hospital building covers an area of ​​423,000 square meters. 

It will have 955 beds, 233 intensive care units, 318 general and specialized clinics, 156 specialist dental clinics and 31 operating rooms. The minister hoped that the new Farwaniya Hospital would be operational by early next year.
