Kuwait City: Kuwait ranks 139th globally in the Sustainability Competitiveness Index. Kuwait, ranked eighth in the Arab world, is ranked fourth in the Gulf. The list was compiled by Solability, a Sustainability Management Consultancy. Sustainable competitiveness means that current wealth is unlikely to shrink or shrink due to over-exploitation of resources or the lack of innovative investment needed to compete in global markets such as education, discrimination and marginalization.

The top countries in the Sustainable Competitiveness Index are high-income countries. The report points out that the rating of natural resources rich Kuwait and Saudi Arabia is much lower than their GDP ratings, indicating that sustainable competitiveness is not tied to GDP but to higher incomes.
