TRUCKS COMMITTED 280,000 OFFENSES IN SIX MONTHS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City:  It is estimated that trucks alone have committed 80,000 traffic offenses in the country in six months. This is from January 1 to June 30 last year. The figures include all parking violations.


Meanwhile, sources said that the General Traffic Department in collaboration with the Kuwait Municipality is in the process of preparing suitable yards and parking spaces for trucks.

Importantly, the General Traffic Department plays an effective role in monitoring traffic by conducting 24-hour patrols and inspection campaigns, including on inner roads.
