TRAVEL BAN FOR NON-VACCINATORS IN KUWAIT, JUIDICIARY

Kuwait City: The travel ban imposed on those who refuse to take the Covid 19 vaccine has been renewed by the Judiciary. The court dismissed the case and upheld the Administrative Court's decision.


The court ruled that the country's constitution allows it to make decisions on public health, disease prevention and treatment, and infectious diseases.
