KUWAITI MOH ALLOCATED 16 MILLION DINARS TO SECURE STOCK OF MEDICINES

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health is working to reduce the number of covid cases and deaths in the country, despite the significant crisis and its aftermath. As part of this, the Ministry of Health has obtained preliminary approval to purchase medicines worth 16 million Kuwaiti dinars for the treatment of various ailments, sources said.


The Hussein Makki Al Juma Center for Specialist Surgery has allocated 2.3 million dinars for cancer treatment. In addition, 4.6 million dinars has been earmarked for machine supplies at dialysis centers. In addition, 3.2 million dinars was allocated for other treatments used for diabetics and neurological patients. The Ministry of Health is preparing to approach the Audit Bureau for final approval.
