CIVIL AVIATION SAYS TRAVEL CONCESSIONS APPLY TO RESIDENTS AND CITIZENS

Kuwait City: The Civil Aviation General Administration has said that the recent cabinet decisions regarding travel will apply to both citizens and residents. The implementation of these proposals will start from next Sunday. Kuwait is returning to normal life with health precautions. Many doubts were raised about the cabinet decision, especially in the case of domestic workers. It was in this context that Civil Aviation responded.


Procedures at Kuwait International Airport are primarily aimed at the safety of passengers and airport staff. Civil Aviation advised that the conditions should be strictly adhered to, especially with the commencement of national holiday trips from yesterday. At the same time, ambiguity about the entry of domestic workers into the country remains.

Local recruitment offices say domestic workers must register on the Salamah platform to enter the country and pay the fees for the three PCR inspections and the institutional quarantine. They said they had not received any instructions on the matter from the concerned authorities till yesterday.
