Italy: After six months' rainfall fell in a day and a half, almost every river in Italy burst their banks, displacing 13,000 people from their homes and resulting in thirteen fatalities. Following  the heavy flood between Bologna and the north-east coast, 115 kilometers away, more bodies were discovered on Thursday. The mayor of Ravenna, a severely flooded city, said that this was the worst disaster in a century.
