Sahl App Wins “Best Service App” Award, Citing User-First Strategy

Kuwait’s unified government services application, Sahl, has been awarded “Best Service Application” at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Public Relations and Customer Service. Colonel Bashar Hashem, Chairman of the app’s Executive Committee, stated the win confirms the shift from offering individual services to building integrated, user-centric digital experiences.

Official spokesperson Youssef Kazem noted the award adds to Sahl’s record of local and regional recognitions, reinforcing its role as a leading digital government model in Kuwait and the area. The app is credited with simplifying procedures, enhancing service efficiency, and improving user experience through secure, integrated solutions. The conference highlighted the growing impact of artificial intelligence on communication and institutional connectivity.
