The patented system enables 24/7 remote oversight and control, integrating multiple operational data sources into a single, secure digital infrastructure.
Developed using open-source software, the platform can process over 150,000 database entries in under 30 seconds, enhancing decision-making speed and network reliability. DEWA officials stated the system supports Dubai’s digital transformation goals, reduces operational costs, and strengthens the utility’s readiness for future infrastructure challenges.
