Indian Embassy in Kuwait Celebrates 77th Republic Day

The Indian Embassy in Kuwait commemorated India’s 77th Republic Day with a ceremonial event at its premises. Ambassador Paramita Tripathi began the proceedings by offering floral tributes at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi, followed by the hoisting of the national flag and the reading of President Droupadi Murmu’s address to the nation.

The celebration featured cultural performances of dance and music by students from Indian schools in Kuwait. Despite the intense winter cold, the event drew an attendance of several thousand people, reflecting the strong participation and enthusiasm of the Indian community.
