India Reaffirms Support to Kuwait in Call with Crown Prince

Kuwait City: His Highness the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah, received a telephone call from the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

During the call, Modi conveyed the greetings of the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, along with his best wishes to the leadership and people of Kuwait on the occasion of Eid al Fitr.

The Indian Prime Minister strongly condemned the recent Iranian attacks on Kuwait, describing them as a clear violation of sovereignty and international law. He reaffirmed India’s full solidarity and support for all measures taken by Kuwait to safeguard its security and stability.

In response, the Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, to the Indian leadership and expressed appreciation for India’s supportive stance.

He also highlighted the strong and longstanding bilateral relations between Kuwait and India, wishing continued progress and prosperity for India and its people.
