Drone Attacks Hit Two Kuwait Refineries; Fires Contained

Kuwait City: Two oil refineries in Kuwait were targeted in drone attacks on Tuesday morning, according to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

Officials said an operational unit at the Mina Abdullah Refinery was struck, leading to a fire at the site. Emergency response teams were immediately deployed and managed to bring the blaze under control while following strict safety protocols.

Authorities confirmed that all necessary precautions were taken to ensure the safety of workers at the facility.

In a separate incident, another operational unit at the Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery was also targeted by a drone. A minor fire broke out but was quickly contained, and no injuries were reported.

Officials said response teams acted swiftly in both cases, ensuring that the situation was controlled without any major impact on operations or personnel safety.
