Fire Breaks Out After Missile Interception in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: A fire broke out at two locations in the Khalifa Economic Zone (KEZAD) after debris from a ballistic missile fell following an interception by the UAE’s air defence system.

Authorities confirmed that five Indian nationals were injured in the incident. They have received medical treatment, and their injuries are reported to be minor.

The Ministry of Defence stated that the missile attack was successfully intercepted and the situation is now under control.

Emergency teams, including civil defence and security forces, responded quickly and are continuing operations at the site to ensure safety and manage the situation.
