Kuwait Expands Readiness Measures to Face Regional Challenges

Kuwait City: Kuwait is enhancing the preparedness of its government institutions to effectively respond to evolving challenges in the Middle East, according to Minister of State for Development and Sustainability Dr. Reem Al Falej.

She said the country is focused on safeguarding national resources, protecting public health, and placing environmental protection at the forefront of its response strategy.

In light of rapidly changing political and social conditions in the region, authorities are strengthening efforts to ensure that all key institutions are fully equipped to handle any emergency situation.

Dr. Al Falej emphasised that prioritising environmental protection is an investment in future generations. She also reaffirmed Kuwait’s commitment to maintaining its sustainable development goals despite current challenges.
