Drone Attack Targets Fuel Tanks at Kuwait Airport

Kuwait City: A drone attack targeted fuel storage tanks at Kuwait International Airport, according to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

The tanks, operated by the Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company (KAFCO), were hit in the incident, causing a major fire and significant material damage, DGCA spokesperson Abdullah Al Rajhi confirmed.

Emergency teams responded quickly and managed to bring the situation under control.

Initial reports indicate that no casualties were recorded, with the damage limited to property and infrastructure.

Authorities are continuing to monitor the situation and assess the extent of the damage.
