Parkin rolls out new parking tariffs in Healthcare City Phase Two

Parkin has introduced paid public parking in Dubai Healthcare City Phase Two, with tariffs starting from Dh4 per hour as part of efforts to manage demand and reduce congestion.

The new parking zones fall under code 326G, with signage installed across the area to help motorists identify applicable zones and charges.

The pricing follows a progressive structure, with Dh4 for one hour, Dh8 for two hours, Dh12 for three hours, and Dh16 for four hours. The system is designed to encourage quicker turnover of parking spaces and improve availability in one of Dubai’s busiest healthcare districts.

Authorities aim to enhance traffic flow and ensure more efficient use of parking facilities through the updated tariff system.
