Authorities in Dubai have announced that school bus services for private educational institutions will resume from April 20, 2026. The decision was made following ongoing assessments by the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
Officials stated that the move is part of the country’s continuous evaluation strategy, aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of the education system while prioritising student safety and service efficiency.
School transport operations will resume in line with approved safety protocols, as students return to in-person learning. Authorities confirmed that the situation will continue to be closely monitored, with further measures implemented if required.
