Sharjah Unveils First ‘Itmam’ Centre to Modernize Judicial Services

The Sharjah Judicial Department has officially inaugurated its inaugural “Itmam” service centre, a strategic move aimed at streamlining legal procedures and boosting public access to justice. Judge Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the department, noted that the initiative focuses on transforming the customer experience by simplifying complex workflows through high-level collaborations with private sector partners like Injazat.

This launch is just the beginning of a broader rollout. To better serve the community, the department plans to establish several more centres across Sharjah, effectively bringing judicial services directly to residents’ doorsteps. By diversifying service channels and hitting record-breaking delivery timelines, Sharjah aims to align its judicial infrastructure with global quality standards and foster a culture of continuous public sector innovation.
