The United Arab Emirates is set to experience rising temperatures and dusty conditions over the coming days, according to the National Center of Meteorology.
Temperatures could reach up to 43°C in some areas today, with averages around 40°C in Dubai and 39°C in Abu Dhabi. Skies will be mostly clear to partly cloudy, while winds blowing at 10 to 25 km/h may occasionally strengthen to 40 km/h, causing dust and reduced visibility.
Authorities warned that fluctuating temperatures and dusty conditions are expected to continue until Saturday. Midweek may see slightly higher temperatures and rougher sea conditions, particularly in the Arabian Gulf, while a slight drop in temperatures is forecast later in the week, especially in western regions.
Residents have been advised to take precautions, particularly during dusty conditions and when venturing into coastal areas where sea conditions may become rough at times.
