Kuwait Army Chief Holds Defense Talks with Indian Ambassador

KUWAIT CITY: Lieutenant General Khaled Daraj Saad Al-Shuraian, Chief of General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces, held a meeting with the ambassador of India to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and defense relations.

During his meeting with Indian Ambassador H.E. Paramitha Tripathi, both sides reviewed ongoing cooperation under the Memorandum of Understanding on Defence Cooperation between Kuwait and India. Discussions focused on Joint Defence Cooperation Committee meetings, military training, capacity building, defense manufacturing, naval cooperation, and regional developments. The talks reflected the shared commitment of both nations to further strengthen their strategic partnership.
