Kuwait City: Kuwait’s Civil Service Bureau has launched a new service through the Sahl application, allowing government employees to declare and verify their marital and social status electronically.
The initiative forms part of the government’s broader strategy to automate administrative procedures, reduce paperwork and improve the efficiency of public services. Officials said the new service will help simplify processes, save time and accelerate the completion of employee-related transactions.
According to the Civil Service Bureau, the feature will support the automation of procedures for approving social status data for employees working in government entities that operate integrated digital systems.
The move aligns with Kuwait’s ongoing efforts to establish a paperless government environment and expand the use of digital platforms to deliver public services more efficiently and conveniently.
