Kuwait-Based Indians to Access Services Through DuDigital Centres

Kuwait City: The Embassy of India in Kuwait has announced a major change in the outsourcing provider handling Indian passport, visa and consular services in Kuwait.

The embassy said the contract of the current service provider, BLS International Services Limited, will expire on June 30, 2026. Beginning July 1, 2026, DuDigital Global Limited will become the embassy’s new authorised service provider.

From July 1 onwards, all applications for passports, visas, attestation services and other consular requests will be accepted only through Indian Consular Application Centres operated by DuDigital Global.

The new centres will be located at Al Jawhara Tower in Kuwait City, Sama Mall in Fahaheel, Waha Mall in Dajeej, and Al Manar Mall in Jahra. Applicants submitting requests after July 1 have been advised to visit these new centres instead of the existing facilities.

The embassy stated that all necessary arrangements have been completed to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted delivery of services to the Indian community in Kuwait.
